Since the development of its first electronic
transfer jacquard machine, Pai Lung has been
committed to upgrading products for the highest
possible performance and quality. Now we have
developed a strong technical knowledge in the
research and development of knitting machines.
This series includes:
PL-KRTCJ series design is quipped with two
tracks cam on dial, and Pizeo needle selection
system on the cylinder, which is able to create
full jacquard pattern on the fabrics. It can
overcome the pattern range limit made by the
mechanical jacquard system. Pai Lung also offers
a powerful design software-Pandora for easy
pattern design and revision; it can quickly
change design pattern for jacquard machine
knitting preparation.
The PL-KRTCJ rib-mesh model principally uses
three feeders as a transfer unit by clippers
action to produce full jacquard pattern, rib and
mesh plating jacquard. In some certain design,
elastic yarn plating can create 3 dimension or
links-links effects on the fabrics for lady
lingerie.
PL-KRNCJ is another model with double pereline
and needle selection on the cylinder. Generally
five feeders are set with one knitting unit to
create the eyelet performance. Such model can
make unique single knit and double knit with
small or bigger eyelet pattern or even together
in full jacquard style.
Combined above two models function, in addition
to the full jacquard interlock model PL-KRTCJ/DJ
is most powerful model in this series for
customer to reach more potential market.
PL-KRTCJ/DJ/CS6 has 2/3 feeders’ numbers of 6
color striper units on the machine to make
transferred jacquard with striper fabrics, even
with potential to add full striper units for
higher production.
