Pai Lung continues its innovation in combining
the direct pile cutting system with Pizeo system
to create three pile lengths on the terry
jacquard. In additional to normal short piles,
and plain loops, we specially offer long piles
that are cut.
The full three-ways jacquard operation is based
on the reliable Piezo actuators which move the
needle selecting system according to Pai Lung's
software programming system. Three-way pile
length technology
directly cuts long piles (up to 2.5mm length)
does not cut short piles (up to 1.5mm length)
has no pile loops.
The choice of three piles produces a richer
dimensional jacquard design compared to the
traditional two way system.
Pai Lung's revolutionary pile cutting system
simplifies the production process. First
shearing is done by a unique sinker knife and
needle system that automatically cuts each loop
individually to make the pile. This production
process reduces waste compared to the
traditional processes.
Pai Lung's design software, Pandora, an optional
purchase, is functioned to design the jacquard
pattern. It easily edits the pattern files you
want for your designs. Its functions include
copying, mirroring, enlarging or shrinking your
pattern design. After making your pattern this
information is loaded to a USB or disk to insert
in the user friendly machine interface. Then the
machine technology transfers this information to
the Piezo three-way technology system making
your pattern.
The advanced PL-ASCLCJ with a direct pile
cutting system and Pizeo system produces a final
